Offer for the sale and purchase of tickets

This offer, accepted by the Buyer in the manner prescribed in the offer, (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relations between the Platform and the Buyer on realisation and purchase of the Ticket, as well as other related relations.
In this offer, unless otherwise expressly understood from the text, the following capitalised terms will have the meanings indicated below:
Ticket - a document certifying the right of an individual to attend the Event and the obligation of the Event organiser to hold the Event;
Order - one or more Tickets for one or more Events selected by the Buyer for purchase, as well as related services (Service Fee if charged), collectively identified by a single identification number;
Event - events in the field of culture, art, education (training), recreation, as well as social and other events, which are organised and conducted (shown) by the Organiser, or by the organiser of the Event who has instructed the Organiser to sell (distribute) Tickets.
Organiser - a person who organises and conducts (shows) Events or is authorised by the Event organiser to sell (distribute) Tickets, and who has entered into a contract (licence agreement with the organiser) with the Platform in accordance with the established procedure for the provision of services by the Platform for the sale (distribution) of Tickets for Events.
Platform - G Gate Ccompany
Buyer - a person who concludes/concludes an Agreement with the Platform and/or who legally owns a Ticket.
Website - a set of graphics and information materials, as well as the computer programmes and databases that make them available on the Internet.
Service Fee - the cost of related services of the Organiser/Platform, inseparable from the sale of Tickets, which are not included in the price of the Ticket and are non-refundable due to cancellation, replacement, postponement of the Event or return of the Ticket at the initiative of the Buyer. Such services, including, but not limited to, booking services, informing Buyers about the Organiser's events, cancellation, replacement and (or) postponement of spectacular events.
Parties - the Platform and the Buyer, collectively referred to as.
In this offer, unless otherwise expressly implied from the text, words of one genus include all genders, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
This offer, accepted by the Buyer in the manner prescribed in the offer, (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relations between the Platform and the Buyer on realisation and purchase of the Ticket, as well as other related relations.
ACCEPT OF THE OFFER.
The Buyer's performance of consecutive actions on the Website aimed at the purchase of a Ticket and payment of the cost of the Order shall be deemed an acceptance of the offer. The Offer shall be deemed accepted by the Buyer from the moment of payment of the Order price.
CONTRACT SUBJECT
- Under this Agreement, the Platform shall form and transfer (sell) one or more Tickets to the Buyer in accordance with the established procedure, and the Buyer shall pay the Platform the cost of the Tickets.
- The terms and conditions of Ticket purchase, including but not limited to the number of Tickets purchased by the Buyer, specified on the page of the Website, where the Order is placed, are an integral part of the Agreement. The terms and conditions of the Ticket purchase are also contained in the Ticket itself and in the fiscal document sent to the Buyer by the Platform.
TICKET PRICE AND ITS PAYMENT
- The price of the Ticket payable by the Buyer shall be indicated when placing the Order.
- Payment of the Ticket price shall be made by the Buyer by full advance payment.
GENERATION AND TRANSFER OF THE TICKET TO THE CUSTOMER
- Within two working days from the date of payment of the Ticket price, the Platform generates the Ticket in electronic form and transmits it to the Buyer in pdf format by sending the Ticket to the Buyer's e-mail specified when placing the Order.
- The Ticket may be formed in another format. The format of the electronic form of the Ticket shall be communicated to the Buyer when placing the Order.
RULES FOR REFUNDING THE PRICE OF A TICKET SOLD BY THE PLATFORM TO THE BUYER IN CASES WHERE THE PLATFORM HAS DULY FULFILLED ITS OBLIGATION TO TRANSFER THE TICKET TO THE BUYER.

We appreciate your interest in our event and want to provide the most transparent environment possible. Please review our ticket refund and transfer policy:
TICKET REFUNDS
- Tickets can be returned up to 30 calendar days before the date of the event. In this case you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the ticket.
- If the event is less than 30 calendar days away, tickets cannot be refunded, but you may transfer them to another attendee.
TICKET TRANSFER
- Ticket transfer takes place on the day of registration. A new participant must submit a request to reissue the ticket in his/her name directly at the time of registration.
HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR A REFUND

ATTENTION
- In case of cancellation of the event for reasons not specified by the organisers (force majeure, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), the funds will not be refunded. However, we will provide credit participation in subsequent events.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
- The Buyer gives consent to the Platform to process the Buyer's personal data, which are necessary for the performance of the Agreement.
- The Buyer gives his/her consent to the Platform to transfer his/her personal data to the Organiser indicated on the Order page and on the Ticket for their processing in order for the Event Organiser to fulfil the obligations certified by the Ticket (fulfilment of the contract between the Event Organiser and the Buyer).
- If the Organiser is not the direct organiser of the Event, but a person authorised by the organiser of the Event to sell (distribute) the Tickets, the Buyer gives the Platform his/her consent to transfer personal data to the Organiser indicated on the Order page and on the Ticket for their further transfer to the organiser of the Event indicated on the Order page and on the Ticket for their processing for the purpose of fulfilment by the organiser of the Event of the obligations certified by the Ticket (fulfilment of the obligations of the Organiser of the Event).
- The consent specified in clauses 12-14 is given for processing of the following personal data: surname, first name, patronymic (if any), e-mail address; telephone number. Personal data of the Buyer (beneficiary under the Contract) may also be processed.
- In the course of processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection; recording; systematisation; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); extraction; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.

FINAL PROVISIONS
- The Platform is not the organiser of the Event, is not obliged to perform the obligations of the Event organiser certified by the Ticket (including, but not limited to, the display, holding of the Event, the content of the Event (including the composition of artists or the order of performance), the time of the Event, admission of the Buyer to the Event, etc.) and is not liable for non-performance or improper performance of the said obligations of the Organiser related to the organisation and holding of the Event. The Organiser of the Event shall be indicated on the page of the Website where the Order is placed and on the purchased Ticket.
- The Platform is a person authorised by the Organiser (with the consent of the Event organiser by an authorised person) to distribute (sell) the Ticket.
- The Platform informs that materials and information (including images, trademarks, designations, text, description, artist line-up, etc.) about the Event (hereinafter referred to as the Content) are placed on the Website directly by the Organiser (at its direction). The Platform is not initiator of the Content transfer and does not determine its recipient; the Platform does not change the Content, except for changes made to ensure the technological process of the Content transfer.
